Founder & principal
David Allen
David is an experienced accounting leader who partners with executive teams and board members to shape finance transformation priorities, evaluate systems decisions and guide organizational change. He began his career as a Big Four auditor, building a foundation in technical and operational accounting.
As a Global Controller, he led distributed teams, owned close and reporting, strengthened controls and guided systems decisions. His experience spans accounting operations, financial systems and organizational change.
